What Is Included In The Price

What are your normal opening hours?

Our normal working hours are as follows

Monday To Friday -- 08:00 to 18.00
Saturday -- 08:00 to 16:00
Sunday -- 10:00 to 16:00

Do you operate outside these hours?

Deliveries can be arranged outside of normal opening hours subject to a £25.00 out of hours charge. We do not collect vehicles outside of these times.

Is there a minimum hire period?

If you are collecting a vehicle and returning it to the same branch from Monday to Thursday then there is no minimum rental period. If you are hiring a vehicle on a Friday then there is a minimum of 3 days rental(i.e Friday to Monday) If you are hiring a vehicle from one branch and returning it to an area covered by a different branch then there is a minimum of 2 days rental. Certain restrictions apply on bookings commencing over Bank Holiday weekends and you should check with your local branch for details.

Can a vehicle be hired one way?

Vehicles can be hired on a "one way" basis for an additional charge of £55.00. On "one way hires" where the desired collection location is an airport, the hire vehicle must normally be returned to the nearest local branch unless a specific arrangement is made with the local branch.There is a minimum period of two days for one way rentals.

Can vehicles be taken abroad?

Vehicles can be taken abroad, however, this is subject to additional charges for International breakdown cover and you should contact one of our technicians for a quote.

What do the rates include?

All rates quoted are inclusive of the following

VAT.
Fully comprehensive insurance.
Unlimited mileage.
Delivery and collection(on hires over three days)
24 hour RAC / AA breakdown cover.
